When you come to stay with us here at the Ahner in Rodeneck, we’ll hand you your “Brixen Südtirol Card” at check-in time. With this unique adventure card, you are eligible for a whole range of advantages – appropriate for young and old, alike.

Services included with the Brixen Südtirol Card:

Free use of public transport in South Tyrol

• All regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner – Trento, Mals – Vierschach)
• All local buses, including ski bus services in winter
• Public cable cars: Bozen – Ritten | Bozen – Kohlern | Vilpian – Mölten | Burgstall – Vöran
• Historic railways: Ritten narrow-gauge railway and Mendel funicular
• Almbus line 415 to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp

In selected periods, one free uphill and downhill ride per day is available on the following lift facilities:

• Gitschberg-Nesselbahn | Jochtal cable car (14.05.–10.07.2026 and 06.09.–07.11.2026)
• Plose cable car | Pfannspitz cable car | Palmschoß chairlift (23.05.–10.07.2026 and 06.09.–01.11.2026)

Free admission to the following swimming pools – once daily:

• Acquarena Brixen (3 hours, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and the period from 24/12 to 06/01)
• Mühlbach outdoor swimming pool
• Klausen outdoor swimming pool
• Feldthurns outdoor swimming pool

Free admission to the following museums and institutions – once daily:

Available free of charge at participating accommodation providers. The card is personal, non-transferable and valid exclusively for the duration of the stay. It must be validated before each journey on public transport. Dogs and bicycles are excluded. All information subject to change.
