These rates are per person and per day, incl. “Pamper Yourself” half-board and given a minimum stay of 4 days.
We are legally required to levy a resort tax of €2,10 per person and per day. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
Single-occupancy surcharge: Euro 70.00 per day
Dogs are permitted (when agreed upon in advance): Euro 14.00 per day (food not included)
Your rooms will be ready for you starting at 2:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival. Please vacate your rooms on the day of your departure by 10:00 a.m., at the latest.
If you intend to arrive after 6:00 p.m. we would appreciate your notifying us of this in advance!
Children’s discounts:
When they sleep in their parents’ room (given two full-rate adults), our younger guests are entitled to big discounts:
0 – 2 years of age: free of charge
3 – 8 years of age: €40.00
9 – 12 years of age: €45.00
13 – 16 years of age: €55.00
Cribs, per day: €10.00
- A hearty breakfast buffet from 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m., with a big selection of products from our own production or from the region, freshly-baked bread, and homemade juices.
- 4-course meals with chiefly products from our own farm and regional farm products.
- Welcome aperitif on our sun deck and subsequent guided tour of our estate with manager Armin.
- Option to help out on the farm.

In the summertime:
- All advantages of the AlmencardPlus
- Petting zoo and nature-experience playground for the little ones
- Very spacious garden with lots of opportunities to relax, and comfortable lounge chairs where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Isarco Valley.
In the wintertime:
- Make an appointment with manager Armin (a certified ski instructor) for a guided ski expedition or ski instruction
- Tobogganing trail at the Rodenecker Alm (which ends directly at our farm)
- Cooking classes and handicraft afternoons with manager Simone

Travel cancellation insurance: In case the unexpected occurs…
In the event that you have to completely cancel your vacation or have to depart prematurely, we highly recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance.
You can cancel your vacation up to 3 months prior to your scheduled arrival completely free of charge. In the case of cancellations between 3 months and 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival, we will bill you for a 3-day stay. In the case of cancellations in the last 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival, we will bill you 70% of the total cost of your reserved stay.
